Two Trees offers fine dining at any location with menus customized to fit your entertaining style, culinary tastes, and budget. We constantly satisfy clients from around the globe and locally with ethnically-correct, soulful food. The menu items that follow are just a sampling of some of our current and classic favorites. Breakfast:
We pride ourselves on providing only the freshest fruits and vegetables - organic when possible - and our breads and baked goods are provided in-house by The Grateful Bread Co. of Floyd. We also use only Fair Trade coffees and organic teas.

The Continental:
Assorted seasonal hand fruit, fresh fruit platter, assorted granola, ten-grain hot cereal or old fashioned oats, home-made muffins and danish, fresh fruit juices, and full coffee and tea services.

Hot Breakfast Buffets:
Fresh scrambled eggs with herbs, roasted rosemary potatoes, thick cut bacon and country sausages, fresh biscuits, and assorted jellies and preserves. Enjoy incorporating our Continental with your Hot Breakfast Buffetfor a minimal charge. Full coffee and tea services are included.

Sesame chicken with mixed wild greens, tomato, and carrots tossed in honey mustard dressing and topped with grilled chicken breast and sesame noodles.
The Cobb - mixed greens, carrots, applewood bacon, and marinated chicken breast tossed with our Cobb dressing and topped with a hard-boiled egg, crumbled blue cheese, and avocado.
Thai beef - marinated and grilled flank steak over sesame noodles with fresh vegetables and lime cilantro dressing.
Crunchy beet - raw beet and pear salad in lemon dressing with mixed field greens and marinated feta.

If you are looking to find an interesting ethnic menu, Two Trees can accommodate you. We are always learning and continuing to educate ourselves on current trends and classic preparations. In this new food culture, emphasis is being placed on healthy, local, and organic foods with minimal processing. This makes us at Two Trees very happy. For years, Two Trees has been educating pallets with creative, ethnic cuisines and interesting vegetarian fare. Some of the ethnic cuisines that we specialize in are Thai, Korean, Cuban, Szechwan, Indian, Middle Eastern, Regional Italian, classic European, German, Austrian, Greek, and Spanish. All food is ethnic and we must not forget about the diversity that we have right here at home in the USA. Southwestern, Creole, Cajun, and down home southern are just some of our favorites.
